The PredCoal system is a modern IT tool designed to support the surveying and geological departments of plants extracting hard coal using underground methods in the field of estimating the quality of the raw material by:
• forecasting the quality of coal in the deposit and its individual seams based on advanced data processing
qualitative results obtained as a result of deposit testing,
• classifying resources in the deposit based on national and international classification systems,
• drawing digital coal quality maps, saved in CAD format
